The Brooklyn Chocolate Factory
The Mast Brothers make chocolate that is kind of special. Doing things like getting beans in from family farms in Venezuela, Madagascar or Ecuador and wrapping each bar by hand in golden foil, they bring back long gone craftsmanship into producing stuff.
